ABOUT THE GOOD RED WITCH
Hello and welcome! My name is Corey, and I'm The Good Red Witch. No, I'm not the same woman you see on my website's cover page. The only real similarity is the red hair! I'm a 63-year-old grandmother living in Central Pennsylvania. The picture on the left is me at a Celtic Fest. It was hot, and setting up was difficult, but despite how I may look, I'm thrilled to be there. Meeting my customers and followers in person is one of my favorite things.
The woman on the cover image of my website represents what most people imagine when they think of someone who practices herbal-based witchcraft. But here's a secret: many witches look like me—just normal, average people going through their daily lives, who also happen to practice witchcraft. And for clarity please knoww, I practice witchcraft, but I am not Wiccan. Wicca is a religion where practitioners may or may not use witchcraft as part of their spiritual practice. Much love to my Wiccan followers, but it's not what I personally practice.
My journey to becoming The Good Red Witch began when, as a child, I read a book that claimed redheaded witches were the most powerful. My immediate thought was, "Of course we are!" I am a solitary, eclectic witch with training and certifications in aromatherapy, herbalism, Reiki, acupressure, reflexology, and tai chi. I am also a certified birth and postpartum doula with over 24 years of experience running my own doula and wellness business.
I am deeply committed to exploring the magickal and healing properties of herbs and essential oils. The type of magick I practice is eclectic, energetic, herbal, and connection-based. At The Good Red Witch, we believe in both science and magick, but most importantly, that Magick is for Everyone.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your understanding, I offer a free 20-minute discovery session to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, hour-long sessions are $100, with the flexibility to have just one session or as many as you need.
During our sessions, we’ll assess where you are in your current practice and create personalized goals to help you advance on your magickal path. Together, we’ll explore new avenues of study, devotion, and practice, guiding you toward deeper understanding and growth.
