ABOUT THE GOOD RED WITCH
Corey Strouse is The Good Red Witch. When she was a child she read a book that said that redheaded witches were the most powerful, and her first thought was, "Of course we are!". Corey is an eclectic witch. She is a certified aromatherapist, herbalist, doula, reiki practitioner, acupressure practitioner, certified reflexologist, and tai chi student and instructor. She studies both the magick and healing properties of herbs and essential oils.
Corey didn't always call herself The Good Red Witch. One day, several years ago, she had a booth at a craft fair. An attendee came up to her table and said, "You're a witch!". At first she denied it. Even though she had always considered herself to be a witch, hearing it said out loud was a little scary! The attendee then said, "You do all of the things women who were called witches in the past do. You attend births, you make potions, tinctures, and salves, you grow and use herbs, and do energy work to promote optimal health. You are a witch and I want you to come be the witch at the Olde World Festival that I host". And thus The Good Red Witch was born.
Never be afraid to let the world know who you truly are. Even if it is a little scary. At The Good Red Witch we are here to support you along that journey with our handcrafted and hand curated magick items. We are so glad that you are here. Welcome witches and believers in magick!
